Allowing all talents to flourish
How do you enhance performance and wellbeing? Make it easier to achieve a work-life balance? And eliminate all forms of discrimination and encourage autonomy and social integration for all?
At Bouygues Construction, a responsible and committed employer, we do all we can to offer our male and female employees all over the world the best working conditions. Our absolute priority is always the health and safety of people working on our construction sites. Our working environment has kept up with changes in our culture, society and the expectations of our generation. We know that diversity is incredible way of boosting fulfilment within organisations, and a source of greater innovation, motivation, loyalty, and pride in belonging to the company. These factors are essential in ensuring our long-term performance and competitiveness. All our policies focus on the health, safety and personal and professional development of our employees.
In their own words
“Construction companies need to evolve. And this is achieved by recruiting talent, so that we have the best people in the best places. This will enable us to be competitive both nationally and internationally. Women make up around 50% of the population and therefore 50% of the talent pool. For our industry, there is both a social and an economic interest in getting more women involved at all levels of organisations.”
Fabienne Viala
Chair of Bouygues Construction UK
In their own words
“Bouygues Construction’s diversity policy is currently centred around four main priorities: gender balance, disability, a broad range of qualifications and professional experience, and diverse backgrounds.”
